It is a program that helps you determine position tolerances for both threads and holes in bolt-mounted connections for technical drawings prepared according to the Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing standard.
With this program, you will be able to determine the correct hole diameter, position tolerance and bolt size for threading, drilling or thick parts.There are three different calculation modules in the program.1- Fixed Bolt mounting status.
In this connection, a hole is drilled in one of the two parts, the other is threaded, and the connection is made only with a bolt.
You can do all the calculations for this case.
2- Floating Bolt mounting condition.
In this connection, holes are drilled in both parts and the connection is made with bolt and nut.
You can do all the calculations for this case.3- Thick Part assembly status.
This type of connection is similar to the first case, but it is used when the part to be assembled is thicker than the connection part.
It helps you determine position tolerance and hole diameter based on part thickness.
